New adventures to be had

Exactly one month ago, I caved to the husband's wishes of attending an RV show at the big city.  Our camping trips have taken a huge turn these last couple of years and we've been discussing the pros and cons of upgrading our 8-person tent.  Up until the last minute, I was adamant that there will be no purchase made and this was more of a "feeler".  However, we have done our fair share of research to know exactly what we wanted should a purchase happen.

So off we go to the RV Expo Show to check out some of the coolest and craziest campers we have ever seen.  Ranging from a small tent camper to an extremely luxurious bus, the kiddies were enthralled at everything they saw.  Least to say it was an overwhelming experience.

At the end of an extremely long day, we did end up falling in love with a travel trailer that fit our bill just right.  It's spacious enough for a family of four and the bunks are exactly the style for our growing boys.  The best part?  Our truck is the right fit to tow this baby around so there isn't a need to purchase one-tonne vehicle.

So, I guess I'm making this official by introducing you to "Backpack"!

Dora (the explorer), as we have aptly named our beloved Ram, does not travel anywhere without her Backpack.  It surely is a fitting name to the new addition in our family!

We can't wait for the new adventures we are going to get into with Dora & Backpack this year and the years to come!
